Please suggest here movies for our second viewing. I'll add them to a poll the day after tommorow (heh, no pun intended). And people! Do participate! You can still post your thoughts on our first movie: A history of violence, here.

Re: Voting

Seriously? I thought it had a brilliant script and all the cast did a fantastic job. What was it particularly that you didn't like?

Re: Voting

Seriously... I even heard Lilly was pissed at how it turned out. The whole movie rubbed me wrong. There are a lot of actors in the movie I like, I just didn't like them in that movie.

It seems with that movie you like it or you don't.

Re: Voting

he-he , in a sense though you are already discussing it :)
My theory is that movies that people either love or hate are ipso facto successful. At least they are not mediocre

Re: Voting

I'd watch it again, only to see Jason Schwartzman recite the poem about the rock. 'You rock, Rock...' :D:D

My 2 pennies

I would like to suggest "Feast" or "Altered" both are diffrent then what I think people would expect from them, though, Dramas do seem more popular around these groups in general, and neither of these is one.
If we want a drama then I can suggest "the Presitge" (for newer, but not new release) or "the House of Mirth" for an older film.

Re: My 2 pennies

Heheh, I just checked 'Feast' on IMDB and the tagline made me laugh.

Re: My 2 pennies

I love that movie I have seen it several times now and it still makes me laugh. I originally saw it because it had Jason Mewes in it and I was on a Jay and Silent Bob kick, at the time.

I'll go with 'Bug'. It's a seriously head-messing film, and I'd love to hear what people thought of it.

I put in for Color Purple or Jaws.
